We support young people aged 16-17 with a genuinely homely environment, consistent relationships, and the practical skills they need for independent living.
Supported Accommodation Services
Our supported accommodation provisions, consists of both semi independent, independent and supported accommodation provisions for young people in need of support, care and encouragement in order to prepare them for independence.
Floating ~ Home Support
Our priority is to ensure that we are able to keep young people within their families where possible. Therefore, in order to provide support during difficult moments for young people edge of care, we are able to provide floating support to either provide respite or further support within the home in order to support the family relationship
